Admin keys & your data

  • Keys travel once over HTTPS and are never returned in API responses or the UI.
  • Stored as AES-256-GCM ciphertext with a server-only SECRETS_ENCRYPTION_KEY — not plaintext in Postgres.
  • Decrypted only on the server for provider admin APIs (usage sync / kill switch).
  • Honest scope: detect-and-cut in minutes, not true per-request blocking on Cursor/Claude subscriptions.
